Orthotics
Orthotics are customized shoe inserts that can be placed inside
normal footwear to support your foot. They realign the foot to a
natural, neutral position to reduce foot, leg, and back stress,
increase endurance, restore balance, and improve sports
performance.
Orthotics can help correct inherent imbalances in the foot, such
as flat or high arches, or other misalignments that cause back
pain, knee, hip, or leg pain, or plantar fasciitis. They can also
improve your overall alignment, improve posture, and provide relief
from joint pain and muscle fatigue.
You might also consider orthotics if you participate in work or
a sport that puts a lot of stress on your feet or if you experience
ongoing foot problems, such as arch or heel pain, corns, or
calluses.
No referral is necessary.
