Demo Kitchen

In the Complementary Medicine Demo Kitchen we offer weekly classes to show you how to prepare simple, healthy recipes while teaching you about why those ingredients are the best choices. Check out a few of our recipes!
  • Registration is required for each class session
  • Class is limited to 12-15 participants

How to schedule an appointment

To make an appointment, please call the Kaiser Permanente Center for Complementary Medicine nearest you. The Center for Complementary Medicine is open to everyone. You do not have to be a Kaiser Permanente member to come to our facilities and receive chiropractic, acupuncture, or massage treatment, or to complete consultations with our Integrative Medicine Physician or Nutritionist. Whether you are a member or nonmember, you will receive the same high-quality care.

Our hours are Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. through 5:30 p.m. The Midtown Medical Office is also open Saturday from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.
