Healthy Kids

This month we will highlight ways to keep your kids healthy and happy this summer. We have both delicious and creative recipes that will be sure to entice even the pickiest of eaters. (Adults will enjoy these too!)

Get your kids involved and make snacking more enjoyable with these delicious, nutritious dips and nibbles. They are perfect for a picnic, party, or afternoon treat.

Brain Power

Feed your brain! Diet can play a critical role in the health of your brain. ADD/ADHD, dyslexia, depression, and Alzheimer's are just a few conditions that can be helped with a healthy diet. Balance your mood, and increase your focus, concentration, and mental clarity by learning which foods you should include and those you should avoid.
